Linhai Binhai Cotton & Jute Textile Co., Ltd. ,which locates next to a famous tourist spot of Linhai, named Niutoushan Vocational Village, is the biggest jute textile mill in Zhejiang Province in China, and it's the vice director enterprise of the Association of China Jute Textile.

It was firstly established in 1998 with it's two branch mills. Now, it has a staff of 500, including 50 administrative and technical personals at all classes. In 2000, ISO9001 Quality Management System Certification was awarded.

The mill is specialized in manufacturing various jute textile products, including jute yarn, jute twine, jute ropes and jute cloth. Its products sell well both in domestic and international market, which are extensively used in the industries of straw mat, electric cable, carpet, steel wire rope, threads of art ware (craft) and greening etc. Yearly output for jute yarn is over 15000M. Tons. Owning the independent import-export power, it is importing directly about 95% of its using raw jute from Bangladesh.
